We are looking for someone who is either already a restaurant co-worker or wants to become one and join the Bastard Burgers restaurant to prepare and serve Finlands best burgers. You are open to varied tasks and can work both in the kitchen and at the cash register. You love food and understand the importance of quality and craftsmanship. As a restaurant team member at Bastard Burgers, you will work in a fast-paced environment, so it's especially important that you understand that communication is key to smooth and enjoyable teamwork. There will be stressful moments in a restaurant, but you handle them efficiently and with a solution-oriented approach.

You have the right attitude and a great personality, where you understand that you are incredibly important to both the guests and your colleagues, which is why you come to work with good energy—just like the rest of the team. For you, it’s obvious that the guests should receive the best service. Your resume is not as important as your willingness to work and grow with us—we already have the knowledge, and we are happy to teach it.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in the restaurant and service industry is a plus. We appreciate if you have experience with cash handling and previous kitchen experience.
• Language requirements: English/Finnish.
• We appreciate if you are service-minded, stress-resistant, and engaged.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
