We’re looking for someone who is already, or wants to become, a chef and join the Bastard Burgers kitchen crew to help us serve Finland’s best burgers!

The pace in the kitchen can be fast sometimes, but with strong communication and good teamwork, we make it work – together.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Experience in kitchens or service is a plus.
• Language: You speak English or Finnish. Bonus if you speak both.
• Qualities: You’re reliable, positive, adaptable, and love creating great guest experiences
• Availability: You’re open to working evenings and weekends when needed
• Personal qualities: You’re collaborative, service-minded, positive, and excited to be part of the Bastard Burgers family!

Bastard Burgers started in 2016 in Luleå, Sweden – today we’ve grown to over 70 restaurants across Sweden, with locations in Finland, Norway, and New York. We’re growing fast, but we’ll never lose our edge or our soul.
