We’re looking for someone who is already, or wants to become, a chef and join the Bastard Burgers kitchen crew to help us serve Helsinki’s best burgers! We are looking for someone on a 15hrs/week contract with a possibility for higher hours.

You love food and care about quality. For us, the most important thing is that you enjoy working as part of a team, having fun on the job, and are open to learning new things. The pace in the kitchen can be fast sometimes, but with strong communication and good teamwork, we make it work – together.

Your attitude matters more than your resume – we believe in potential and are happy to share our skills and knowledge with the right person.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Experience in kitchens or service is a plus, but not required

• Language: You speak English or Finnish. Bonus if you speak both.

• Qualities: You’re reliable, positive, adaptable, and love creating great guest experiences

• Availability: You’re open to working evenings and weekends when needed

• Personal qualities: You’re collaborative, service-minded, positive, and excited to be part of the Bastard Burgers family!
