We’re looking for people who’s either already working in restaurants – or wants to get started – and join the Bastard Burgers crew to prepare and serve some of Finland's best burgers.

You’re open to learning new things and enjoy variety in your work – whether you’re behind the grill or at the register. You bring great energy to every shift and understand how important your role is: you make the experience awesome – for both guests and your teammates.

You don’t need a fancy resume. What matters most to us is your attitude, your team spirit, and your willingness to grow. We’ll teach you the rest.

We are now hiring for our new unit in Kallio, set to open in October/November 2026. It will be a special unit, as we lean more into the bar side with delicious cocktails and extended opening hours. There will be a range of different contracts open. We will hire bar and kitchen staff, with hourly contracts ranging from 10-30h/week.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Experience in kitchens or service is a plus, but not required

• Tasks: You’re a rockstar in the kitchen or service, there is also an opportunity to work both

• Language: You speak English or Finnish. Bonus if you speak both.

• Qualities: You’re reliable, positive, adaptable, and love creating great guest experiences.  You’re collaborative, service-minded, positive, and excited to be part of the Bastard Burgers family!

• Availability: You’re open to working later evenings and weekends as well!

Bastard Burgers was founded in Luleå, Sweden in 2016. Since then, we’ve grown to over 70 restaurants across Sweden, with new locations in Finland and Norway.
