Helsinki, get ready!

We’re excited to announce that we’re opening our second restaurant in Helsinki – this time at Kamppi Shopping Centre.

Right now, we’re looking for new stars to join us and help build an amazing team in our brand-new unit.

We’re looking for people who’s either already working in restaurants – or wants to get started – and join the Bastard Burgers crew to prepare and serve some of Finland's best burgers.

You’re open to learning new things and enjoy variety in your work – whether you’re behind the grill or at the register. You bring great energy to every shift and understand how important your role is: you make the experience awesome – for both guests and your teammates.

You don’t need a fancy resume. What matters most to us is your attitude, your team spirit, and your willingness to grow. We’ll teach you the rest.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Experience in kitchens or service is a plus, but not required

• Tasks: You’ll work both in the kitchen and at the register – we love flexibility!

• Language: You speak English or Finnish. Bonus if you speak both.

• Qualities: You’re reliable, positive, adaptable, and love creating great guest experiences.  You’re collaborative, service-minded, positive, and excited to be part of the Bastard Burgers family!

• Availability: You’re open to working evenings and weekends when needed!

Who Are We?

Bastard Burgers was founded in Luleå, Sweden in 2016. Since then, we’ve grown to over 70 restaurants across Sweden, with new locations in Finland and Norway.

We’re growing fast, but we’re staying true to who we are: bold, creative, and all about people. Come for the food, stay for the vibe – streetwear, graffiti, climate-smart ideas, and hip-hop included.
